y-hoc Mẹo hay trị nhức đầu
Các nhà khoa học đã đề xuất một vài liệu pháp nhằm giúp chữa các chứng nhức đầu.
Tuy nhiên, cần bảo đảm rằng, bạn phải tham khảo ý kiến của bác sĩ để tìm đúng nguyên nhân gây bệnh trước khi áp dụng.
Giấm
Lấy một cái khăn tắm nhỏ, mỏng, nhúng vào chén giấm trắng. Sau đó, lấy ra và giũ cho bớt giấm bám trên khăn rồi quấn quanh đầu. Hãy thư giãn bằng cách nhắm mắt lại khoảng 15 phút. Đối với chứng nhức đầu dai dẳng, bạn cần lập lại phương pháp này sau mỗi hai giờ.
Thảo mộc
- Đắp bột nghệ đã được làm nhão với nước lên vùng trán.
- Nghiền nhuyễn một củ hành và đắp lên trán cũng có tác dụng rất tốt trong việc chữa chứng nhức đầu.
Massage
Sử dụng dầu vừng (mè), dầu quả hạnh hoặc dầu mù tạc bôi lên da đầu, rồi dùng các ngón tay massage nhẹ nhàng để giúp máu lưu thông, sẽ giúp giảm chứng nhức đầu.
Ngồi thiền
Bạn hãy ngồi xếp bằng, thẳng lưng với hai mắt nhắm như tư thế ngồi thiền. Tập trung sự chú ý vào vùng tiếp giáp giữa hai đầu lông mày và thư giãn.
Hương thơm
Dùng dầu bạc hà, dầu hoa hồng hoặc dầu cây oải hương bôi lên mũi, có thể giảm chứng nhức đầu. Bạn cũng có thể đốt những cây nến có mùi hương của các loại dầu trên, nhằm tạo hương thơm dễ chịu trong phòng.

Stir-fried Porc with Carrots and Bok Choy
Ingredients
1. 1 1/2 pounds pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2. 1 teaspoon salt
3. 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
4. 3 tablespoons cooking oil
5. 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
6. 1 tablespoon water
7. 1 onion, cut into thin slices
8. 3 carrots, cut into 2-inch-long slices about 1/2-inch wide and 1/8-inch thick
9. 1/2 pound bok choy, cut into 1-inch pieces
10. 2 cloves garlic, minced
11. 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
12. 1/2 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth or homemade stock
13. 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
COOKING:
14. In a medium bowl, toss the pork loin with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper. In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over moderately high heat. Add half the pork and cook, stirring, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove. Repeat with another tablespoon of the oil and the remaining pork. Remove.
15. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the pan. Add the onion, carrots, bok choy, garlic, and celery seeds. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Stir in the broth and orange juice and bring to a simmer. Add the pork and any accumulated juices and the remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt and simmer until the meat is just done, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
Yield: 4 servings
