When time permits, take a tour of the Smithsonian without people!This is a phenomenal and outstanding tour. You can just zoom in and out to get up close to any or all exhibits. Here
is something special; a virtual tour of the Smithsonian Museum, room by
room! It's really something, with a 360 degree view (by using your
cursor and the arrows at the bottom). You could spend days/weeks looking at everything. Follow the blue arrows on the floor to move into new rooms. It shows inside
and outside the museum and the cameras here and there show detailed
info of the displays. If you click on the floors (upper right corner)
you will see a floor plan, then, if you click on a blue circle on the
floor plan, that will take you directly to that room. This is a truly
incredible web site. Look for the "arrows" on the floor, then click them. This will take you to other places in the museum.
