Special February 2016 once in 823 years!

The leap year as mentioned by a bro that means we have 5 Mondays this month. An extra Monday so I guess it is still lucky hah hah hah !

Feb 2016 has 5 Mondays, not 4 as the Fengshui Master has stated, namely Mondays 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. He forgot that this year is a leap year.
